Dear valued clients and partners,
At InsightQera, we take data protection and privacy very seriously. As a market research company, we collect and process personal data from individuals in the European Union (EU), and we understand the importance of complying with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
We want to assure you that we are fully committed to GDPR compliance, and we have taken a number of steps to ensure that we meet the requirements of this regulation. We collect personal information from our users in order to ensure that our surveys are completed by real people and to incentivize participation. We never sell the personal information of our respondents to third parties, nor do we run river sampling on our platform. We do not require our users to provide their personal information to our clients in order to receive additional rewards. In some cases, our studies may ask users if they would like to provide their personally identifiable information (PII), but we leave it up to our clients to decide whether or not it should be mandatory.
First, we have appointed Mr. Mahesh Bhatt as a Data Protection Officer (DPO) to oversee our data protection and GDPR compliance efforts. Our DPO is responsible for ensuring that we adhere to GDPR requirements, and for providing guidance and support to our employees and clients.
Second, we have reviewed and updated our privacy policy to ensure that it is transparent and easy to understand. Our privacy policy explains how we collect, use, and store personal data, and we obtain explicit consent from individuals before collecting and processing their personal data.
Third, we have implemented appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data and ensure its security. We regularly review and update our security measures to ensure that they are effective and up-to-date.
Fourth, we have processes in place to respond to data subject requests in a timely manner. We respect the rights of individuals to access their personal data, and we have procedures in place to facilitate erasure, correction, or transfer of data when requested.
Finally, we train all our employees on GDPR compliance and data protection best practices. This ensures that everyone in our organization understands their role in protecting personal data and is committed to maintaining the highest standards of data protection.
We believe that GDPR compliance is essential for building trust with our clients and partners, and we are fully committed to meeting these requirements. We will continue to review and update our data protection practices to ensure that we remain compliant with GDPR and all applicable data protection laws and regulations.
If you have any questions about our GDPR compliance efforts, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Sincerely,
Mahesh Bhatt
