The initial questions in each survey may seem redundant, but they are crucial to maintaining the integrity of the survey sample.

When you do not qualify for a survey, your responses cannot be used in the final research findings, and therefore are never transferred to our clients. Likewise, InsightQera will never use or transfer these responses for internal use. As the information you entered is incomplete and cannot be used for our client?s research, you will not receive points when you have not completed the survey.

First, you must be a registered InsightQera member with a verified email address to begin accumulating points. Once your registration is finalised, you can earn points by completing surveys found here on InsightQera or through invites you receive via email. You can earn extra points by filling out your Profile Surveys, inviting your friends to join InsightQera, and participating in our Games and contests.

There is no limit to how many points you can accumulate on InsightQera as there is no limit to how much you can Influence your world with InsightQera!

Certainly. Your points have a validity of 12 months from the date they were earned. If they are not used within this period, they will expire and be deleted from your account. However, the expiration of points is staggered, meaning that points earned on different dates will expire on different dates. For instance, if you earned points on March 15th, 2021, they will expire on March 15th, 2022. The expiration process occurs at the end of each month around the 28th. It is recommended that you redeem your points in a timely manner to avoid losing them.

Click on ?Rewards?The Points page allows you to view the actions that have earned you points, your current balance and how you've spent your points so far. Your points balance will also be visible on the left menu as well as the rewards page.

Please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery. When you redeem your points for a reward you will be asked to confirm your postal address, email address, or PayPal email address (depending on the reward and country). Before you confirm your purchase, please ensure all your information is correct to avoid any delays in delivery.
